Assalamualaikum
I've been to KL for so many times that I couldn't count anymore hhaha...But still don't find anything interesting or something new to make sure my ability to find good places to eat, drink, stay or maybe just strolling around the city. The most often visited I've been to is Bukit Bintang, because everything just around you. If you like shopping even from the low rate until the most expensive branded is in there in Bukit Bintang. If you like to eating and some tidbits, every corner in Bukit Bintang provide your taste. And if you like to stay in the middle of the city and near to anywhere you want to go, then try Bukit Bintang. Okay, I know my review isn't that good but that's my opinion if you want to have a quick holiday in KL.
So, someday I've lost. I really depend my direction to Google Maps, but yeahh...you know Google, right? Sometimes it gives you the direction you really want, but most of the time I lost the direction hhahahahha...Well, I can't say I loved to get lost but I enjoyed every moment of my journey, even if it has to be lost alone, that's okay I think. I just lost in the city, not getting lost and falling into another planet, right?
In the middle of lost and trying to found some cafe or restaurant to get my lunch, I remember an unique cafe, Merchant's Lane. First, the door very small and maybe out of your sight. And the second one is, it's really hype! So, I've ordered some food, drink and a dessert, I don't know the name of the dessert but it's a cake with poppy seed and orange flavor in it, soooo delicious!
So simple yet very eye-catching to me because everything inside this cafe is more than I can imagined. Just like your family home with some friendly strangers talking to others, the furniture is so simple but classy enough I guess, the chairs and sofas was so cozy and all the menus was so different from others cafe. Also, you can order cake in front of the cashier. I don't know why but the place was so comfortable to me, it makes me want to come back again. Well, I've been there twice hhaha :P
That's the story of my lost and found journey hahhahah I don't know I called it like that but that's really happen to me. It's kind of you can't avoid that, but no matter what happen, you have to deal with it. It's not like you hate it, it's just, uhm...you finally accept that. So, maybe next time I must visit Merchant's Lane again and try other menu or maybe they have some new menu, hmm...can't wait >.<
See you
